Easy breakfast muffins
Muffins are easy to make and yummi to eat. You can also “hide” ingredients in Muffins that kids usually wouldn’t eat. These muffins are a fast “to go” breakfast version which can be amended in the ingredients, depending on what you like to eat.
Ingredients
- fresh cut spinach
- diced tomato
- egg white
- salt and pepper
Preparation of muffins
Add in the spinach and the tomato into the muffin tin and then fill the cups with the egg whites, add in salt and pepper as per taste.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve hot
