We, Julia Böckh and Svenja Malchow, are both working mothers with a lot of practical experience with Au Pairs. After a number of anecdotes from other host families and from our own experience, we decided to found an agency ourselves. Our credo: trust through quality and service.

Especially if you are planning to invite an au pair for the first time, the differences in the Au Pair Agencies are quickly noticeable. Do you know how long an au pair is allowed to drive in Germany with the driver’s license? Or what administrative procedures have to be completed after arrival of the au pair? For most agencies their service ends when they mail you their invoice. We continue to actively support you and your au pair. You will receive comprehensive information, with step-by-step instructions. With your consent, we will send you our newsletter, where we will regularly inform you about new regulations and provide you with ideas about activities and excursions.

We differentiate ourselves from other agencies with our pre-selection of suitable candidates. Everywhere host families must fill out long forms and it could be expected that you will then only get profiles from candidates who meet the specified requirements. But unfortunately, most agencies will spam you with mass applications from any applicant in their database, whether or not they match your specifications. Thanks to our self-designed database, you can rest assured that each application we propose to you will meet the criteria defined by you.
